On 22 April 2026, an inspiring and educational Ayurveda Wellness Workshop was successfully held at the peaceful and serene Ayuttama Centre, Ubud – Bali.

The event brought together participants from diverse backgrounds who shared a common interest in holistic health, natural healing, and balanced living through the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.

Carrying the theme Understanding the 4 Essential Pillars of Ayurveda for the Balance of Body, Mind, and Spirit,  the workshop aimed to introduce practical Ayurvedic principles that can be integrated into modern daily life to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

The workshop featured insightful sessions from experienced Ayurveda practitioners and wellness educators:

Dr. Komang Sudarmi. BAMS, MS, PhD (Ayurveda) – Ayuttama Wellness

Dr. Komang delivered an engaging and insightful presentation on the fundamental principles of Ayurvedic health. Through a scientific yet approachable explanation, participants were introduced to the importance of maintaining balance in digestion, daily lifestyle, and mental wellbeing.

One of the highlights of the session was the live Nasya demonstration, where participants were able to directly experience how Ayurvedic nasal oil therapy works and understand its benefits for overall wellness. The interactive approach created a deeper connection between theory and real-life Ayurvedic practice.
